Beinn Sgritheall from Arnisdale

5.8 miles, 1088 metres of ascent
Estimated time: 3h45m
Beinn Sgritheall isn't a very remote Munro, but you have quite a trek along minor roads to get to the starting point. Once you have arrived at the starting point, it isn't a full-day to get up and down this mountain.
Start from Arnisdale, there is a carpark marked at the village. From the carpark, head directly up the sharp v-shaped valley alongside the small river to reach Bealach Arnasdail at 850121. From here, turn left to head up the scree slopes and up to the 906m subsidiary summit. Continue Westward along the ridge until you reach the highpoint with a trigpoint on it (2h30m).
The most direct way back down is to simply return the way you came. Alternatively, to complete the traverse, continue Westward down the ridge before turning Southward to make your way back to the road. Coming down this way leaves you a couple of miles from your starting point, I doubt there'll be much traffic on the road though!
