Ruadh Stac Mor

Ruadh Stac Mor and it's near-neighbour A'Mhaighdean stand in the centre of the Letterewe wilderness; both being particularly inaccessible. Ruadh Stac Mor translates literally as 'big red stack', and it's reddish hue is strikingly visible from Slioch to the South.
There is allegedly a cave on it's South-West slopes. I couldn't find it, but I didn't particularly spend much time trying, you may have better luck!.
Access is traditionally from Poolewe to the West, but this leaves you with a long day in the mountains. A better alternative may be to make a 2-3 day expedition out of it to properly appreciate your isolation from civilisation! Another alternative is from Incheril to the South; the distance is similar, but the route from Incheril involves a long section of rough ground on the Northern shores of Lochan Fada.
